"Day 1 of i34 is over, its been manic. Here's whats been happening. "
Day 1 is coming to an end. The exhibitors are powering down and cleaning up ready for the weekend crowd. The gamers are returning to there hall for a night of gaming and well me, im just chilling out right about now! Tommorrow is saturday so that means no work for most people, i can assure you it will possibly be twice as busy as it was today. Weve seen alot of interesting things today. Lets just have a quick re-cap of how everything went.
Xleague.TV Games Night
Earlier today Xleague.Tv presented their gamesnight show live at i34 which has never been done before. On-Stage were interviews with many top people in the industry for example MSI & Intel Reps as well as key members of i34 staff and manager of Team Dignitas. Topic of today was evolution and where gaming and the i series is going,
M-Festival Launch Party w/ Gemma Atkinson
M-Festival has finally been launched. Plenty was happening on stage. Free give aways, shirts and prizes as well as an introduction to a very special guest Gemma Atkinson! She is well known for Hollyoaks. She is one of the main actress's in the new Command & Conquer Title. Red Alert 3. Herself, Mark (Investor of the I-Series) & Greg (EA) were to judge the rockband finals!
Paul certinaly got the crowd going. Seated around the main stage was easily two hundred people even more maybe. All keen to get this show going.
Rockband Finals
On-stage were the four finalists for the RockBand Tournament. 7 teams entered only 4 went through! On the final stage they had to play two songs to their best ability and then to be judged by the three judges. Some were great, some.... not so great but "THE JOKERS" stole todays victory with an epic and hilarious performance. Hopefully later on in this event i will catch up with them to see how they feel about being crowned i34 champions in Rock Band!
